Philip Mould & Company are pleased to present Landscapes: A Modern British Vision, a display of fourteen paintings which celebrate the British landscape.
This temporary display will explore how notable British artists, Augustus John, Cedric Morris, Duncan Grant, John Nash, and Gilbert Spencer responded to their surrounding landscape against an ever-changing backdrop of artistic and social change.
The curated selection of artworks for sale in this display demonstrate how the practice of traditional landscape painting prevailed in the twentieth century, aggrandised by the artistic forces of modernity.
