Vanessa Bell: A World of Form and Colour

On view until 23rd February 2025

This October, the MK Gallery presents Vanessa Bell: A World of Form and Colour, the largest-ever solo exhibition dedicated to the pioneering modernist artist. Organised in collaboration with Charleston, the exhibition showcases over 140 pieces from Bell’s prolific career, including paintings, drawings, ceramics, and furniture from private and public collections such as The Courtauld and Charleston.

Highlights include her Still-life of Dahlias, Chrysanthemums and Begonias and Still-life with a Bowl of Medlars, both previously with Philip Mould & Company. The exhibition also features Philip and Catherine's Studies for The Muses of Arts and Sciences painted by Duncan Grant and Bell, which were recently on view at our gallery during Frieze Week.
