Our Picture Archive is live!

An online database of artworks previously with Philip Mould & Company

We are thrilled to announce the launch of our new digital project: The Philip Mould Picture Archive. This online database comprises nearly every artwork that has passed through the gallery’s doors over the last 35 years.

User-Friendly Exploration and Image Licensing
This user-friendly database allows users to easily browse through the gallery’s past inventory using a broad range of filters to tailor their journey through the archive. What also sets this project apart is the collaboration with Bridgeman Images, providing users with the opportunity to license their favourite artworks for any scholarly, editorial, and commercial usage.

From Historical Portraits to Picture Archive
The archive is still accessible via Historicalportraits.com as an acknowledgement of the gallery's origins and its transformation over the decades.
