Fiona Bruce and Philip Mould, photographed together before Fake or Fortune series 4

'Fake or Fortune?' is back!

The nation's favourite arts programme, 'Fake or Fortune?' is returning soon!

Britain's favourite arts programme 'Fake or Fortune?' is returning to BBC1 for it's ninth series this summer!

With an audience of over 5 million in the UK and more internationally, the ninth series of 'Fake or Fortune?' promises an exciting 4 part series, with Philip and Fiona searching for clues, questioning claims and solving artistic mysteries.

The 'Fake or Fortune?'  team travelled over Britain during lockdown and have once again come together to uncover each artwork's true provenance and historic importance.

'Fake or Fortune?' has given the public an 'insider's' look into the commercial art market, and how provenance, authentication and attribution can often have an effect on an artwork's historical context and of course, value. Watch Philip and Fiona once again work hard to reattribute and rediscover artworks.

Further details will follow imminently, keep an eye on our 'Fake or Fortune?' announcements on our website here.
